What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 ponchos — one club, one crew or one year group is a normal order — with bulk tiers as quantities grow.
How fast will my ponchos arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished ponchos ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when a fixture or event date is fixed.
How is a poncho sized if it has no sleeves?
By span across the shoulders and length front and back. Those two numbers decide whether it stays on and whether it still covers a lap when the wearer sits down, and we put both on the quote instead of a size name.
Should the sides be open or snapped?
Snapped for anywhere with wind — stands, junctions, exposed car parks — because an open-sided poncho is a cape and it lifts. Open sides are fine indoors and for anything pulled on and off constantly.
Are your fleece ponchos waterproof?
No. Fleece is a warm layer and it wets through, and we would rather say that here than have you find out at a fixture. If you need rain protection, ask us for a coated fabric and we will quote that instead.
Is a bright poncho the same as a hi-vis poncho?
No. High-visibility means certification to a named standard with measured areas of fluorescent fabric and retroreflective tape. We supply certified marshal ponchos with the documentation, and we will not describe a merely bright garment as hi-vis.
How are ponchos decorated?
Embroidery on fleece and towelling, heat-applied transfer for detailed artwork, woven-in stripes on knits and a woven label where you want the brand quiet. On hi-vis, artwork is placed around the reflective banding, never over it.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team lays it out for the actual panel. A poncho chest is a wide, shallow canvas and most logos need repositioning rather than simply scaling.
