A poncho is two measurements and a decision about the sides.
Customized Ponchos makes fabric ponchos to order — fleece stadium ponchos, towelling changing ponchos, knit and baja styles, certified hi-vis marshal ponchos, poncho blankets and age-banded kids sizes.

Every other garment has something holding it on. A poncho has almost nothing: no sleeves, no armholes, nothing that closes down the front. What keeps it where you put it is the span across the shoulders, the length front and back, and whether the sides are open or snapped.
So those are the numbers on our quotes. Not small, medium and large — a span and a length, worked out from whether the people wearing them will be sitting in a stand, standing on a junction, or changing out of a wet swimsuit in a car park.
The other half of the job is saying what a poncho is not, early, before anybody has paid for the wrong one.
Why we exist
This is a category where the print is the easy part and every complaint is about fit, fabric or a claim that was never true.
A poncho that rides up when the wearer sits down is a length problem. One that flies over somebody’s head in the top tier is a sides problem. Fleece sold as rainwear wets through the first time it is needed. A fluorescent poncho with no certificate is not high-visibility clothing, whatever the listing says. We specify around all four, because none of them show in a photograph.
What we actually make
Anti-pill fleece stadium ponchos with snapped sides and a lined hood. Over-the-head towelling changing ponchos in cotton or quick-dry microfibre, cut wide enough that a swimmer can genuinely change underneath. Knit and baja ponchos with the colourway woven in and the gauge stated before the run. Certified hi-vis marshal ponchos with retroreflective banding and the documentation in the box. Poncho blankets that wear as a garment and fold to a flat banded rectangle. And kids sizes by age band, with no cords anywhere near a child’s neck.
Everything is labelled with its size band on the garment and on the bag, because the person handing them out is never the person who ordered them.
What a poncho is not
A fleece poncho is not rainwear. A water-resistant knit is not waterproof. A bright poncho is not a hi-vis garment unless it is certified to a named standard with measured fluorescent and retroreflective areas. An over-the-head changing poncho is not a bathrobe, and a bathrobe is no use for changing in public.
We would rather lose the order than sell you the version that fails in front of your members.
How we price
No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with fabric, size, decoration and quantity. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one.
On sizing
Tell us who is wearing them and what they will be doing. Seated crowds need length. Wind needs snapped sides. Swimmers need span. Children need age bands and no drawcords.
We hold your measurements on file, so the second order is one line of email.
